Eye and hearing icons don't work

Alright I really need help...

My debug monitors work but when I turn on my debug monitor through my setting in game it like turns off my icons and they don't respond anything....

But when I turn off the debug monitor it starts working but then I don't know if I am bleeding....killed zombies....or have an murder kills anyone help plz?

Debug Monitor isn't supposed to be on anyway. They plan to get rid of it. So start getting used to not using it, or get used to not knowing if you're bleeding.

That's how it works. Like Welch said, just turn it off. If you need to see how much blood you have or want to gloat over your zombie count, turn it back on in a safe place, and then turn it off again.
