Play day z with Arma 2 and Arma: Operation Arrowhead?

Hey guys i have Arma 2 and Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead (both non-steam but original) I dont have combined operations itself how i can play dz?

I believe you install DayZ and launch Operation Arrowhead. Actually you launch the beta of OA. Feel free to use one of the following to make your life a little easier...

I have A2 and OA and had no problems using dayz commander to play.
