loading into game stops at 90%

So i can't seem to to get into just about any server. it will stop around 90% and just sit there, would this be a connection problem, do i need to open up ports on my router, or update the firmware?

Any advice anyone got?

Also is worrom a better way to go if I'm having problems with SIX or DayZcommander?
