Personally I'd be happy without any skins such as bandit and hero.

Who knows, maybe I had to kill 10 people because it was either them or me, that doesn't make me a bandit... :P ... as an example. Besides you don't see convicted criminals dressing differently so you know they're criminals...

Where's the fun in knowing who's good and bad? Is it to appease the "OMG, I got killed even though I just spawned in" people?

i think all skins should be found through package like ghillie and camo and change their spawn places little (ghillie/camo/old bandit in military, hero, current bandit in res etc) and finally make female versions of each skin

I try to get hero skin all the time and i can personally say it doesnt stop people from engaging. ive been shot at from unknown locations multiple times while i was just trying to help others.

They had gotten rid of the old bandit skin before I starting playing, but damn it looks bad ass!
