Finding AI at NW airfield.

Hey so somthing weird happend to me today, i was spawning in to dayz new character as my other died. i end up spawning in novy sobor inside a building (possible bug) anyways my friend sayed sincie im close to the nw airfield i should check it out (server atlanta 8 fyi). i head up there and start to cross over the middle of the runway when i spot a person on top of the fire house name tag said unknown. i think to myself he must be dead as i get close to the fire house i start to see him gentley swaying and his head looking around. i make it to the top of the fire house to find somewhat of an AI. here are some pictures.

so i took all his gear except for the primary gun which i checked up on the wiki to see if it was actual loot but could not find it so i left it. Will i get banned for taking the loot from the AI (or what ever you want to call it). If so i would happily dispose of all that i took.

Edit: the stuff that i actually took was:

basic tools (not a radio)

Nvg

Gps

m9 sd ammo x 4-5

and a cyote backpack

I found something similar that looked like a survivor, it would look to me, then my friend, then back to me but did nothing but remain prone in the NE airfield control tower. It was creepy and we decided to unload a mag of AKM each into it.

No death report or anything...

I speculate it has something to do with changing camo uniforms.

yea i had a m9 sd full clip into his head and nothing but i could loot everything off him i was playing a bit of actual arma2 on a sniper mission the teammate was the exact same as the guy i saw there with same gun and everything. sad i never got that gun looked so good Lol

if one of the devs says that i can get banned or just tells me i should get rid of the stuff. I would happily get rid of it.
