Script restriction BS

Hey, my name is Biz, i was playing on US 3241, and my friend said, "Hey biz, press Shift and p" ( i think it was 'p') And when i did, not knowing what it was, it kicked me for attempting to script, now every 5 minutes, no matterwhat server i go on, it says " Kicked for " Script restriction #66. I can post a screenshot if absolutely needed.

I just dont know what to do
