How about this idea from Rockstar?

Cheaters Pool

I'd love to see all the GUID's of the cheaters and hackers pooled into a few servers where they can all spawn and cheat the hell out of each other.

This article also makes a good point to everyone complaining about the cheating/hacking issues with the Day Z alpha. Rockstar is a huge studio and Max Payne is a huge series and even they are having issues. In other words, show Rocket and BI a bit of your patience.
