Out of sync with the game / other players

Hi everyone

This week, I have been playing DayZ with some friends. I love the mod and it is real fun. But have been searching the forums about the delay on the servers, that keep both players and zombies out of sync.

Whenever i shoot at zombies or other players, it often take 1-3 seconds for the zombies to die and players teleport around.

Is this something that everyone is experiencing atm? and will it be improved soon?

I have a pretty good computer and 30mb up/down speed on the line and my friends have the same issue. So my guess is that this is something that needs to be improved serverside.
