Hey I need help with a laptop

Hi guys, please, dont put the wrong answer, or anything like that, I am honestly dead serious about this, I really want this, and I havent got that much money at the moment either.

There is a laptop, so is it ok, even if I have it on the lowest sight, unless it is really bad. Unfortuanately I only have £450 to spend, and if I dont, it goes on rent that my roomie hasnt paid... I ain't the nicest guy to her lol.
