Help to configure server

Hello guys, I'm new in DayZ world so I'm sorry for disturbing you.

I've just rented a DayZ server in DayZ Hosting:

My server already in white list and I get my INSTANCE ID too.

ALL I need to know is how I can configure the spawn of loot, zombies and the other stuff like vehicles, I mean is there any guide to help new hosters to configure our servers?

Just follow the instructions given by the devs and you are good to go.

You can't configure any of that.

There might be some special steps you have to take to get vehicles to spawn, but I'm not completely sure about that anymore.

Hm, at least when I became a host antipop send me an email with my instance ID and an attached document with step by step instructions on how to set up the server. You have most likely the same or should ask for it.

the server cfg is just 0 = off and 1 = on as for loot and other things spawning this is auto there is no config for that, ive set my server up to auto restart at 3AM, 7PM and 11PM everyday to keep things spawning and help prevent server crashing. Ive listed the times that my server auto restarts on the welcome message so people joining know the sceduled restart times.

My EU server went live this morning at 11 but we still can't get on it as it keeps giving us this message when connecting:

server incorrect version of server side app

any ideas? even though it goes live did you have to wait ?

Im with vilayer.com and they have an option called scheduled restarts i click that tab and manually put the times in an select it to restart at them times every day

any ideas? even though it goes live did you have to wait ?

whos the server provider? as your server will need ID'ing and white labeling, then you will have a ID number I.E mine is EU61

I messaged John with this 'server incorrect version of server side app' he came back with that he's researching the problem (he did say restart the server which i did).

Asked him for an update he said that the ACP is updating give it a bit.

I also told him that i haven't done a thing with the server except log into the control panel with the username and password supplied. He mentioned an Instance ID? i have no idea what the hell that is lol because i haven't been given it yet !!!
