need a character reset bad!

i was playing last night with a friend on us 2136 dallas when a hacker took control of my character killing my friend and i guess killing my character afterwards cuz i droppeddown on the floor but i didn't receive a death message. i see my charcters body going into the ground as if someone hid my body. i tried to hit respawn but nothing happened. i try to sign in this morning and i get stuck on the setup completed, please wait screen. i stayed on it for about 10 mins and nothing. tried hitting the respawn button and nothing. tried entering a new server and nothing. even after i hit respawn and go into a new server i am not prompted to choose if i want to be male or female. every server i tried does that. i need a character reset bad someone help me please.
