Anyone know how to set up dayz with Teams? (Opfor/Blufor, etc)

so.. anyone know? Ideally I'd like to make several teams and rename them to my factions and set up the spawns in custom locations.

I didnt get any help from that post. that's just to add more vehicles and such as far as i can tell.
