US 3340 - Scripter takes all vehicles, puts them in on island

Thought I'd post this up for the Admin of US 3340. A scripter came in, took my truck (with a friend in it, i was exploring a building for items), and teleported it to an island west of Skalisty Island. He can't screen shot, but there was 6-7 vehicles there, an exploded helicopter. It seems like he just went through the server finding everything and just bringing it there so no one can have it.

This happened at around 1:15AM EST - GMT -5. His display name was "Penis Breath" (Seriously, not joking) if that helps when you check the logs
