He was cheating, definitely. There's about 3 pipebomb lines per second in createvehicle. He lays 40 or so satchel charges in Balota, then makes it 5.5km to Elecktro 30 seconds later to lay another 100 or so.

I just thought the rabbit thing was weird.

Yes the guy was running around as an animal trolling players and probably spawing random ammo boxes. I saw this on my own server with my group of friends. I find it funny but still a ban due to ammo/item spawning.
