Few Questions about the bandit skin

Yep, I guess i'm making another topic about this but I can't find any good answers anywhere so I'll ask myself:

This morning I killed another guy and my humanity dropped to -6k4, also I was wearing a ghilie suit so I didn't know if I changed to a bandit or not, so what's the level required to become a bandit?

Also , in the optic that I became a bandit, each time i'm logging in, my humanity is increasing (now i'm at -6k), so could it be possible that I'll turn back into a survivor and also, if I get killed, will I respawn as a bandit or a survivor?

If you have a custom skin, Camo, Ghillie (or hacked soldier) you will not get the bandit skin

And if i die, I won't have the ghillie anymore, so will I respawn as a survivor or a bandit? sorry if I wasn't clear about that.
