Starting With a broken leg an bleeding

Every time I start the game I start with a broken leg and bleeding. I can not press escape to hit respawn. This has been happening ever sense my character died before. Now I can not play the game. Help?

Oh, it's ok, some servers let you start out with a broken leg as opposed to a gun. :P

Seriously though, have you let the time run down to wake up? Also you cannot be in shock when you log off or else you will be passed out on reconnect. So before logging off the next time you wake back up from the knock out, let the icon (above where the broken leg icon shows)....run out. If that doesn't work, then you will need whoever helps you to epi-pen you. Even if you kill yourself or get yourself killed, there is that chance that you will spawn new character on conscious. That has happened to me more then once.

Side-Note-- sometimes in dayz...you just have to crawl to your goal, in your case morphine after you wake up. I've done this many times. Hours of crawling for that ever so precious morphine. If you choose to live then you will be doing it too. good luck!
