ArchAngel-7- 45 Posted October 7, 2012 My server status has been "UnKnown" since OCT 2nd. Multiple Tickets Created. No response. I am sure they will respond by the 14th when my next month's charge is due with: "Sorry, we got your server up"...This is the 3rd time this has happened with them. It is ridiculous. Just a sorry we suck, No incentive to stay with them. This is a horrible server hosting company. 4 days so far and no response or anything. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
intensity (DayZ) 312 Posted October 7, 2012 I was waiting for a server from them and created a ticket, just to ask for an update as it was past 72 hours. Around 3 days later and multiple tickets I asked them for a refund before they even managed to set the server up. The response time got to me, it's almost as if they receive the tickets via regular mail. They were very nice and apologetic, but no, if that was just a taste of things to come I saved myself a month of frustration. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Say if they flub it up a few times and server access is 'unknown' for seven days, total. Demand to be "pro-rated" those seven and possibly a discount and continued-service.
