Can't use water,food,banages. FIXED

so i cant drink water, eat food, use banages, nothing that uses the action menu. any ideas?

Have you tried restarting your client?

If that still doesn't work, try dropping then picking the items up.

You may have to die if nothing else.

You may want to DC (disconnect) and join back in.

Happened to me earlier today at the Airfield.

i got it now. didnt know you had to go in the the gear and left click it to use it.
