Stuck on "setup complete, please wait" or loading zone

Yea i can't seem to play anymore. Im either stuck in "setup complete, please wait" or im stuck in the loading zone where you see people just stand around not moving. Its the zone where after u die, everyone spawn there. Nothing is around, there is no trees or road. basically outside of the maps boundaries. I have no gear and when i try to respawn, i end up at the same spot. i tried changing servers and it doesn't seem to change anything. I cant play. Can someone help me please? maybe reset my character? I got into this situation because someone broke my legs and i just left the game on. I closed the game and when i logged back on, it was like this. Help please.
