Loading screen issue

Okay, I haven't played in a while because my computer dumped itself on me, fixed it and upgraded my graphics card, which I don't think has anything to do with it, but I needed a new one anyway, but I try joining a server, I've tried the small servers with 3 people and the huge servers with 40+ and every time I get stuck at the loading screen. Left it running for an hour and I came back, still loading it didn't freeze because when I closed it it went from 'Loading..' to 'Shutting down' how can I go about finally plaything this game? :/

I had this problem too at first - upgrading my router's firmware resolved it. Have you tried this?
