US 843 CIA hacked weps

Good morning good peoples. Well as anyone who plays with me regularly knows, I have been spending a lot of time in the unforgiving terrain of Takistan lately. Tonight however at the behest of my clanmates I came back to my first love Chernarus to snipe for my squad, a jaded lover am I because of the endless hacking on that beautiful bitch. We decided to go into US 843, a highly populated server and a favorite of one of my assault guys. We grouped up about 3k east of the NW AF moved in before sundown and commenced looting and perimeter security operations. In the span of two hours I had racked up three kills, TWO of which had hacked weapons on them (I like turtles) and (pimppimppoundthepussy) or some such rot were their names. BOTH of these clowns had radios turtles had the as50 tws and pimp had a g36 and a laser designator which was a new one on me....I buried both of the bodies with all of their gear.

This is not an indictment against the admins of US 843, nor an accusation that THEY are hacking. This WILL hopefully raise their awareness however and hopefully get the information necessary from their logs to get these two at least LOOKED at. They may have simply stumbled accross these items, but its worth a look anyway. To the CIA member that I shot on the ladder at the Firehouse...it may be THE most exposed area in the entire region...lesson learned? Anyway, I cannot wait until the standalone, hopefully Rocket and the devs will have these asshats number and we can play where cover and tactics are valid, I wouldnt have lost a man to that tws.50. I would have loved to have been a fly on (I like turtles) wall when I flanked his position and nailed him from his 3 oclock at 30m in his head.

For me? Skin is going back to dusty ass Takistan....come holla, but if your armed and not rolling with the squad....you better hope you see me first.

Remember, illegal weapons are scripted in probably every few minutes. You have no idea which server they came from if they are on the main hive. But yes, the tws is all around now, luckily 99% of the people who have them cant aim.

I was playing on US 843 tonight and found a tent just outside balota airstrip with a G36 and some other hacked in weapons, I left the weapons in it and didn't have a way to destroy it, but you might want to take into consideration those guys may have been new and found a similar tent (or the same one) and just didn't know they were hacked.

Hacked in weapons are on every public server out there.

Having a hacked weapon isn't against the rules according to Rocket. But scripting them in is a no no.

We have banned 30+ players for hacking in the last 2 days on US 843 (honey pots are still surprisingly effective).

If you find a hacked weapon on the server it likely came from another server initially. Not to say we don't get our share of hackers but what server doesn't.

But like I said. Having a hacked weapon isn't against the rules. It's the scripting that gets you in trouble.

I run ]CIA[, We do NOT condone hacking,and we ban hackers, I will ban ANY one of my own guys for hacking. As for the weapons we go raiding on other servers. A lot of work goes into these raids. We have killed hackers, and looted their bodies, I say if you have the weapon and you are bad enough to get killed its fair game. Rocket is the creator, so he makes the rules.
