Super-speed crouch when using Binoculars

What happened:

When looking through binoculars whilst crouched if you move you crouch as a faster pace than if you didn't have your binoculars out.

Where you were:

On the hill to the South of Elektro power station (see video)

What you were doing:

Randomly looking through binoculars and moving to get a better view

1.7 with latest Arma II beta (currently 80???)

US60 (NY1)

Core i5 2500k OC'd to 4.3Ghz

8GB XMS3 RAM

HD6970 2GB

*Timeline of events before/after error:

I looted Elektro power plant and headed out to the hill south. I already had binocs when I logged in (see video for full invent), headed up to the top of the hill and crouched to look across city with binocs. I was moving to get a better view whilst crouched and realised that the run speed was super-fast.

I've been meaning to report this since I discovered it a couple a days ago.

To do this you need to have your pistol (or your secondary of choice) equipped, if a rifle is selected and then the binoculars it wont work. The speed is about the regular running speed when standing up. I have only tried this on 1.7.0 and with a couple of different beta versions and it seems to bug always.
