BEC Timezone?

I am setting up automatic restarts, and I need to put the restart time.

BEC will recognise that time with the servers timezone or does it have it owns timezone?

I've read it has military time (GMT 0) but I'm not sure if this is true...

server time and it is using the 24 hour clock aka military time.

Also curious about this, i have tried changing the time on my restart messages, some pop up at the right time, while others don't pop up at all, though i do have them set to the right time.

The BEC scheduler is based on up-time, not a specific time. So, if you set it to "060000", then 6 hours after BEC has started it will process whatever that command is.
