Everytime i log on to any server i get KO'ed for 5 minutes

I havent been relogging in battles or when im over run by zombies.... i think oth of those things are for pussies and .... other names for people that are not nice... any way to get passed this or am i just doomed to put up with it forver?

Its a bug, your probs best running to the coast somewhere on a low pop server, and killing yourself, then respawning to where u died and pick up your gear.

Thats what I do anyway :S
