Bug at debug mode in-game

Hello!

Whenever I'm turning on my debug-mode in the gameoptions-menu, I dont have the ability to see the distance and the hearing(eye and ear) of the player. I'm using the latest patch for DayZ and Arma2 beta.

When you enable it the icons wont work.
