My DayZ No longer works???

So, normally I launch my Day Z with a command shortcut thing, or through Steam for Lingor Island. I tried to join a certain Lingor server where it gave me Bad Server Version, so I tried to fix it, but now NOTHING works. My Day Z command file thing doesn't launch it, Lingor still worsk (I think, but I want to play Chernarus). Then I tried Dayz Commander, and tried instaliing Fallujah and Takistan, but Day Z commander won't work for ANY servers. So I can't play Day Z,.but I don't want to re install. Is there anything I can do, or do I have to re install?

Just reinstall. It seriously takes like 5 mins max to install DayZ. Its your best bet to make sure it works. Also now you can systematically update/upgrade you DayZ and figure out what happened.
