No idea what you are talking about. Can you try to make - uhm - better sentences? Especially the last part "There is only one suggestion..:" is ahrd to udnerstand and I have no clue what you want to tell us by it. Can you describe it a bit more detailed/in other words?

Um maybe you should try the Russian forums, do they have ban appeals?
