Everytime I join a new server, it resets my character and even makes me select male or female again, anyone know how to fix this?

Are you joining different Hive servers?

This, are you sure you're not joining private hives?

Get DayzCommander. Non-official hive servers will have a cloud with a X in it. (hover your mouse over it and it will tell you if its connected to the hive or not.)
