Hygene in the standalone and the dirty bastard skin (idea, poll)

I think hygene as another icon would be something that could make the game interesting.

Im not sure if im serious about this idea, but its fun to think about

If you let it get too low, you get sick and need antibiotics, one simple effect right there.

But if you let it get flashing red. it gives you the dirty bastard skin (a guy in a trenchcoat all dirty with flies around him) and also adds the flies sound so other players can tell you are near.

The advantage however is that zombies wont attack you even if you run in plain view, only firing will attract them as you now smell like a zombie. But the sound of flies should be different so another player can recognise the dirty bastard flies from up to 50m away

Two ways to make the hygene metre green

1. swimming into a small pond and scrolling to 'wash self'

2. find soap as an item and use it.
