How to remove weapons?

Just wondering how can we remove weapons such as the AS50 and L85, either completely remove or replace with different assault weapons.

AS50, L85, M107 and other nato weapons it's Rocket's fault cuz they should not be in Chernarus. I'm wonder that ingame we can find m107 but can't find KSVK, can find winchester 1866 and Lee Enfield, but can't find Saiga, m16a4 ACOG - ak with PSO scope.

No, I mean on a private server, how to remove them so they cannot be found via Crash chopper sites, etc. (remove them from coding, or replace) Then we know anything else is hacked in. I know it can be done, i know a server that changed all the AS50's i believe into G36's and removed it completely so anyone caught with an AS50 (any kind) would be banned.

We just want our server to be more balanced, by removing the cheap sniper rifles and L85 it makes players have to engage at closer range, etc, none of that cheap lets hide in cherno with an AS50 and pick off noobs. Would like to replace them with other guns instead like AK 107, or a MakarovSD pistol, even a gold revolver/AK for fun rare drop would be neat.
