Help! I am stuck unconscious.

Will somebody please help me? I was shot form a long range and have fell unconscious, but I will not die. Everytime I try to start a game in a new server I am in the same state. Will someone kill/save me? I am currently on the US 866 Seattle server in Kamyshovo. I originally fell unconscious on the dock but I am not sure if my body is in the same location after switching servers. Thanks for any help!

I can help U, buddy, get U epi-pen or another medic support. Where exacly at Kamyshovo? Also, U don't mind to join server, I will tell - it will be daylight empty US or EU one.

Citizen may I ask what you captilize the letter "U"?
