Unmoving Knock out timer, and presumably -9999999 blood

So recently I was shot by an AS50 and when I tried to re spawn I was knocked out instantly, the timer does not move, and my blood is a bright red blinking color and ANY color in screen is gone. So I assume I have negative blood because of the previous AS50. My question is, what do I do now?
