Do vehicles ever go away without being blown up?

What I mean is, like if I found a car, fixed it up, parked it in the woods, and forgot about it. would it stay there forever if noone found it?

Server crashes make things disappear, but they tend to reappear on server restarts if you made sure to save it.

I did not lose one, I was just wondering. I am sure someone somewhere has parked a vehicle in the woods, and it will never be found again, but I would like that to respawn if its not touched for say a week or something.
