Debug monitor glitch?

hi guys, everytime i use the debug monitor, the eye and ear icons dont move when i walk. also my water, food, blood, temperature stays solid green even though i know the food is at red. anyone else have this problem?

If you change it to show in the settings then the icons wont update.

Yah, I believe it's a bug on certain servers. I've just turned mine off and it resolves the problem of the indicators not work. If anyone else has any info, this is about my level of knowledge on it.

is there any fix for this while keeping the monitor?or am i just stuck.
