for starters, it's easier to fly forward, so you can see the tree you're about to crash into instead of getting surprised by it. j/k

seriously, though, fly forward, and you can spin or yaw your aircraft without turning, and more altitude would help. otherwise, practice on arma 2 would go a long way

The MV-22 Osprey is hard to fly, try the editor in ArmA and practise.
