Avoid [60+ Vehicles] Active Admin private hive

I've never made a post about abusive admin before, but this one was pretty blatant. It appears that I3rakken or something like that is the owner. I had been playing on there for 2 days, and partied up with people on the server, including an admin. The 4 of us hit about 4 crashed helis last night and we all, more or less, had all the gear we needed (NVGs, GPS, weapons, etc). Found a repaired heli today and took off offering rides. The server restarted, and I hit 2 crashed heli sites on my way south, finding a few weapons, an extra set of NVGs, and random ammo. This WAS A FRESHLY SPAWNED HELI CRASH, and the 1 AS50 magazine I found on the crash was apparently hacked. The owner said if I didn't drop it in 5 minutes, I was banned. I dropped in, and moved on.

The admin continued to ban threaten everyone holding AS50 ammo, and I have to assume that they were legit as well, considering I picked the ammo up directly from a freshly reset heli crash. Fast forward about an hour, I got kicked for lag while flying and the heli crashed. I found a GAZ relatively close, and started heading towards Berezino. Apparently, the server staff has set up a thunderdome looking area on the coast as a garage where they horde vehicles. I pulled up beside it in my GAZ, and the server restarded again. I came back in about 300m away from my GAZ. I ran back over to the GAZ and kept driving to Berezino when the server owner plus 2-3 more started unloading on me from the hills. All shots missed, and I kept going.

About a minute later in side chat, I was told by the server owner that I was being blacklisted for stealing vehicles from his garage, and I told him I was fed up with him being a dick, and got banned.

I'm not bitching or moaning that something should be done, but take this as a fair warning that this server does not run things like a public server. If you just want to play DayZ as is, you are going to have to avoid the server staff and all their gear to avoid getting harassed and/or banned. I deserved my ban for calling the owner a dick, but I call them like I see them, and I had already decided hours before that the server was no longer worth sticking with.

They are listed under "Private Hive [60+ Vehicles] Active Admin" and it said they were a Titties and Beer server at the loading screen. Sorry, but I can't get the IP to copy from Commander.

That's the guy. Thanks for the info update. I hit the server again on another account and he got kicked off his own server immediately for vehicle spawn violations.

All the *CoRe clan guys I played with were cool, but the only people advertising themselves as admin are not wearing clan tags, and are not being very cool.

There's some posts on page 4 about banning a player named drizzt for mouthing off to admins who may have been ganging up on someone. Now I played on the server quite a bit over the past week and a half and drizzt was always on, played legit and didn't whine. I'm at work quite a bit, I mostly play on weekends, so I missed what actually happened recently with drizzt. It strikes me as odd that they'd ban him considering he was never a nuisance and a core player. I'm not really surprised at the poor attitudes after what happened to me today.

Just logged in, small room in a cherno building, alone, before the HUD even comes up, shots, dead. I ask for an admin, I get an admin, no one cares. All last weekend, there were server restarts and rollbacks almost hourly. They'd do it for a handful of people while I'd be out running around in the wilderness hitting deer stands. Then you get back in and the stuff you found was gone. This happened frequently. Last sunday I think I only had an hour of actual time saved after playing for nearly 3 hours; not once was the server mass-killed nor was I personally affected by a cheater in any way. Still, roll back because so and so lost such and such.

And I didn't complain then.

So today not only does no one care, but I'm told I'm mistaken about what I witnessed all last week. I get the feeling that this is more of a private playground of privilege rather than a public server for everyone. I'm not banned. After they said it happens, even to us, quit whining, I just left. Don't think I'll bother to go back. I mean, it's no outrage- but it's obvious to me that there's different rules for different people; and that's what really bothers me.

I can confirm, i was in the server as those events unfolded.

At least, as much as can be seen via the sidechat.

Friend got kicked for "running his mouth" twice.

Both times we were in direct coms with two other survivors.

All the while ACTUAL skiddies spawned things.

Remember those two other guys I was talking about? They spawned the Glory Cardboard Box after asking me and a friend to keep it a secret. Which I'm half keeping, I'm no divulging names.

They were not kicked off nor banned, even though I heard them mention that they had been caught before and giving a little slap on the wrist, almost a penance.

In all, I had a good time and I personally had no trouble but from what I've seen, it's a server best avoided indeed.
