I run so slow

I run so much slower than the normal person. It makes it impossible to play since in the time it takes my friend to run 1000m I run 400m. Anyone have any ideas on why I run so slow or how to fix it? And its not like I'm walking, its my full out sprint.

Go into your options > controls

You need more beans for explaining that much.

To add to this, check sticky keys. Not that its a good chance but your toggle to walk button might be stickied. Or your crouch button any button that would slow you down has a chance to be stuck on.

Another tip if you didn't know it double tapping any of the keys locks them from press, to toggle. So if shift if your hold to crouch, double tapping it turns crouch on toggle not press.
