Server browser issue

I am having an issue with the server browser witch i hope you can help me troubleshoot. Yesterday i was playing in the morning, i just installed the arma II launcher "spirited machine", i walke my dog, i come back, the server browser shows no servers connected. I restart the game a couple of times, i changed the filters, and then i tryed running the game through steam ( right click on OA and then click CO), the server browser shows servers.

I log of to try with ArmaII spirited machine launcher and it does not work, go back through steam, that stopped working.

Do not know what to do, are the servers down? Did i miss something with the arma II launcher ?
