#Sleepy 572 Posted September 26, 2012 If you start with other players you'll rely on them, I'd recommend playing by yourself so you have all the knowledge you need and not split amongst others.

zombietampons 6 Posted September 26, 2012 HI You can check out our server were going back to a Whitelisted User Only Server, meaning you would have to join our TS3 Signup to be able to join our server. We also have Teamspeak, alot of people that play on the server are noobs and are having fun playing together. Also we manage our server with 6 different admins in 6 different timezones so we pretty much have an admin online 24/7, also during peak hours all 3 admins are online. Also the admins, admin the admins since we have a ZERO Tolerance for admin abuse.http://dayzmod.com/forum/index.php?/topic/93221-we-have-a-noob-friendly-server/
pieflavor 38 Posted September 26, 2012 (edited) If you start with other players you'll rely on them, I'd recommend playing by yourself so you have all the knowledge you need and not split amongst others.I concur, I've met more than 1 person who didn't even know how to start a campfire to cook meat when they had NVGs on them.OP, I'll be glad to play with you, but if we do team up, we will have to avoid the spoonfeeding, and I know of efficient ways to do that.PM me if you're interested Edited September 26, 2012 by Pie Flavor
NarcoticSuite 2 Posted September 26, 2012 Should this not be in the newbie section? Anyway;Having a group can make your time a lot easier - if you can trust them!I would recommend trying solo at least once. Just to get a feel for that initial fear, excitement and paranoia you can only get when you're a Bambi - plus it gives you the experience of being able to handle things on your own because lets face it, at some point you will be spilt from your group :D

metapaus 31 Posted September 27, 2012 If you'd like, take a look at the thread for my protector activist group. Basically it'd be like a realism clan, except not as incredibly serious and you still get to play like you want to.
