Dude is hacking like crazy, He "counter-hacks" but is no different than anyone who uses cheats/hacks. If you come across him on your server just ban him. Speaks with an English/Kiwi/Aussie accent * couldn't tell but pretty sure he is an Australian if not British.

Honestly, how many server admins do you think are gonna ban someone based on what you just posted? Come on man, you need to at least offer a bit more than word of mouth and a forum profile...
