Hey I am just posting this because I was banned from this server and would like to know if there is a ligetimate reason?

I was playing with my cousin and after being killed several times by a hacker and staying on trying to enjoy our time on the server we were approaching Cherno. While slowly approacing Cherno I was shot at several times but only one shot connected so I ran into a nearby shed and attempted to bandage myself when I was promptly banned with the reason stating "Admin Ban (You can survive AS50's? Cool Bro)".

So I just wanted to post this and say I dont know who the admin that was on at the time was called or even if there was one. I truly dont know a hacker could have somehow banned me I dont know. All I ask is that I be unbanned because I find it ridiculous that I was banned for surviving a hacked weapons shot.

If I am in the wrong here please let me know and I will apologize for whatever my supposed offence was but I do not believe I committed any illegal acts.

I do have a picture of the screen that shows up when I try and log in and I have a video of me attempting to log in if they are requested.

AS-50 is not hacked, only the AS-50 TWS (with thermal sight) is.

In theory it might (?) be possible to survive a shot of it, as the max damage is only dealt by a body hit. A hit on a outer hitbox (limbs) with the low-damage ammo might not deal the full damage, but should be enough to insta-kill anyways. I haven't witnessed any case that someone ever survived a .50 cal. body shot in DayZ and survived and even if you did, it should deal a shitload of damage and give you a shock or even a blackout.

The only case I ever saw someone surviving a .50 cal. hit had been 2 combat loggers, who were double-tapped in the head by a friend and then disappeared (not dead of course...) to reappear 10 mins later and shoot me (again) from a different position after they logged back in.

Ooo I didnt realize AS50 was in game but still as i stated i did survive the shot only just barely and immediately after being hit ran into the shed next to me and my blood icon was blinking and red.

I still think it was a bit much to perm ban me without any questions. I had died several times throughout the time I wa playing on the server. Also it wasnt as if when I just respawned I had full gear i had a hatchet and the other basic starting gear.

You should contact the admin for the details and talk to him over this. Maybe even link to this thread.

Please ignore my ignorance but how would i go about finding who the server admin is i am very new to dayz and arma 2 overall

I can't find that server. You should check full servername. Usually it mentions the owner of the server (a clan or even the homepage) at the end. Then try to get in touch with the admin there or hope he finds this thread (which I wouldn't count on). If possible, it's better to settle it directly with the admin if you can get in touch with him.
