I need a little help

Sooooooo, I am stuck on the roof of the NW Airfield, just got ROCKED by zombies, managed to get away and take cover. But I am low on blood, ammo and other stuff. I need a blood transfusion really, and a chance to get the hell out of the Airfield, that place blows. Pretty much have to go at night, and when I do, zombies glitch spawned on me on two different servers.

I am pretty trapped, any help would be appreciated.

If you have skype I can offer some help when I get home but that won't be for another 4 and a half hours from the time of this post.
