worldzombie demo 2 server says missing files

hey guys. i am pretty new in the dayz community. althougth ive only been into 2 servers for several hours of trying ilove the game, the issue is that when i try to connect to a server a notice pops up saying that i am banned, but it is the first time i try to enter the server, and it does it to nearly any server i try to enter?, i can only join a few servers really and it sucks, i just wanna know if there is anything i can do, and what the reasons is that i am banned from nearly any dayz server, btw ive got the game not from steam

and why am i banned from trying to connect to a server? :D
