TinniestSquash 0 Posted September 25, 2012 (edited) I tried allot of things but everything seemed to make it worse so i re downloaded arma 2 oa. The same thing happened data file to short and allot of numbers and file names after it. i then deleted everything i am my steam/ steam apps/ common/ Arma 2/ addons. this changed absolutely nothing. Then i tried running steam as admin and going to arma 2 oa properties, verify integrity of game cache. That said one file not found will be required. i started dayz commander but now it said it appears i don't have arma 2 combined operations or i haven't started them first but i have played dayz before. I then tried to launch both games just in case but arma2 was all simple and boxy with no pictures or playable missions. I tried verifying game cache integrity and now its downloading a 7,316.9 MB set of 316 files i was missing. My internet is slow so this will take a day or two. Is there anything else i can do or something i did wrong. I have read countless threads, but none of them help i am at a total lossHELP ME PLZk i finished the requiring of my lost files and ran arma 2 and arma 2 oa. They both ran perfectly and after downloading the latest arma update i tried to join a server it said data file to short again. When i restarted dayz commander it said once again it didnt look like i had arma 2 and i just ran it. i cant download updates because Arma 2 OA path unkown.I have no clue what to do now.
