How does it feel? You had me dead to rights didn't you? I was the guy approaching the north airfield in Takistan at 1pm today. You must have been elated thinking of the loot you would glean from this kill. You shouldn't have missed, it would have prevented me from diving behind the bushes and small rock that absorbed your next dozen shots. I wonder how it felt as my round tore through your face as you were logging out because I had the audacity to return fire. If you feel like a small pathetic little boy, it's because you are. Go back to modern warfare, this game is for the big boys who have the balls to stick around during a fire fight.

I want to warn everybody who plays on this server: When you repeatedly chicken out in a fire fight we will kick and eventually ban you to keep the server playable.

Once you are in the middle of a fight just sit it out until the end.

If you don't agree with this go play bubbles. :thumbsup:

NL forces is an excellent server, I have had some serious fun in Takistan there and that is why it is EcF's adopted home. We have our own Chernarus, Lingor and Fallujah servers but we liked NL Forces so much we didn't even bother getting a Takistan server and made ourselves comfortable. We have experienced many loggers during firefights on every server we go to because we usually bring superior force projection to bear in fights, overwhelming most enemies. This instance surprised me because I was alone AND he had the jump on me from the beginning!! I scored with my .50 as he was leaving....I hope he died and the hive logged it as such, I didn't need his gear anyway.

Just wondering... Feruz Abad this afternoon? I managed to log in on the server properly after days of trying and got shot on the hill next to the barracks, was that you? I had a m24 I think. :)

No sir, not me you may have run afoul of the sniper that drew down on me as well. I only have an hour at lunch and was getting into position to get more ammo tonight when I took the incoming rounds. I am grateful you guys started with the regular restarts, I may be able to get some NATO rounds for my .50!! From what I can gather they only come from chopper crashes =(

The restarts are buggy sometimes sadly enough. :(

About this afternoon: I signed in and when I Alt-tabbed my M24 shot by itself yelling HERE I AM.

Didn't even have a chance. :)

Tabbing out has a habit of doing that, I have the fix however!!! Whenever I need to tab out I press M and go to map, you can also hit Esc either will work. It will prevent your gun from firing when you tab back in. I went through a whole clip of stanag once tabbing over to windows to check a TS typed message and about soiled myself....found the fix quickly after THAT experience!

Found a M136 with ammo @ some barracks, how the **** do you fire these things? Lost my backpack for it and eventually dropped my gun, but this thing, however I took it, still was on my back. But I was able fire it?

Dumped it at the entrance, there is still ammo left people!

But in five minutes it will be gone lol. Server restart...
