Bad Cd-key?

Those files are packed into the dayz.pbo I believe. Anyways, this has nothing to do with your CD-key. Each file is signed to make sure you haven't manipulated the files (each pbo should have a corresponding .bisign file). I'd suggest reinstalling Day Z, that should do the trick.

I had the same problem

try the first part in this video (run as admins and open each game) it do something to the CD key (don't know what)

but it fix the problem

and if you have Dayzcommander it should work now (the download will start if it work)
