Changing clothes reset health and infection status

Date/Time: 5 minutes before the posting time

What happened: I got hit by a zombie and got infected. When I was finding antibiotics, I found a ghillie suit instead. I wore it. After a few minutes I realized my charcter didnt cough anymore so I checked the debug monitor. The health was reset to 12000 and Im no longer infected.
