Helicopter not respawning, ever?

Date/Time: Almost a month ago

What happened: The first day the patch that enabled helicopters released it was fixed on our server and it was around for a few days, then someone stole it and crashed it in front of cherno. Since then it hasn't respawned and it is nowhere to be found. We have confirmed that it doesn't exist on the server.

Where you were: Well the last time I saw it was north of cherno when someone crashed it and it was destroyed.

What you were doing: Looting the apartments when I saw it crash.

*Current installed version: 1.7.2.6

*Server(s) you were on: DK 1 Soeborg

*Your system specs: 8GB DDR3 RAM, Intel i5 3.2 GHz, AMD Radeon HD 6950 2GB VRAM. 2TB HDD.

*Timeline of events before/after error: I think I described the events pretty well but it was like. First day of new patch heli gets fixed, maybe 4 days later it gets stolen and crashes north of cherno. Since then it hasn't respawned. I have been to many other servers where I see helis from time to time, but this DK 1 server is my main and I would like to know why it wont respawn here.
