Help a noob

Hello guys :)

I'm founder of a community who is running a quite successful private hive server - successful means everybody on the server is happy about the way things go ;) - and we're trying to improve the game quality of our server!

We wan't to remove AS50s, M107s and L85A2 LWSs since they are overpowered - I think everbody may agree with that.

We also want to replace them by other weapons like non 50cal sniper rifles and for example a G36.

Where do I need to start? Decompiling the DayZ code with e.g. cPBO? We're running DayZ Private (Bliss) - https://github.com/ayan4m1/DayZ-Private. Do I need to start there maybe? So basically we wan't to replace every occurance of those weapons with new ones.

I'm not a complete noob at programming since I'm a web-developer for quite some time now so I really know what programming means. I just don't have any clue about that in DayZ.

Any help is very much appreciated :)
