Yeah we are an active clan that is also supporting MW3 and CS-GO, along with quite a few of other games. We are currently getting a permanent website made and our own dedicated server box set up then we will have our own DayZ server. My in-game name is Casey. I joined the server US 3451 around 9pm Central US time on 10/22/12, it was pitch black in-game. I was northwest of the nw airfield. I made my way to the northwest airfield, got sniped by someone in [LoH] clan and then banned for "hacking" when I respawned. I am not a hacker I have never hacked on this game or any game. I had an Alice pack with an AKM and 2 mags and 2 cooked meat. In my main inv was a FN FAL AN/PVS-4 and 5 mags I found at a heli crash site on another server and a G17 pistol with a flashlight attachment. Had a few mags for that m9 and m9 sd I think and on g17 mag. Actually there was 8 mags at the crash site for the FAL but I ended up dropping them for a jerry can. Also had 2 full water canteens, a military flashlight, a hatchet, a box of matches, a toolbox, binoculars, compass, hunting knife, and a watch. I had a few other items like some painkillers and a heatpack I think. I aquired all of this stuff legit after a many hours of playing on various servers. The only person on the server was [LoH] n00ge, there was one other [LoH] member on the server with him but he was gone when I went back to the server browser to find their names so I'm assuming it was n00ge that banned me. I have no idea why they thought I was hacking. I'm thinking they were hacking and just wanted to steal my stuff and then ban me. How would I get one shot killed if I was hacking? I'm angry. I was planning on heading back to the airfield unarmed to see if he wanted to team up but was banned as soon as I respawned at Cherno Factory. I don't like being called a hacker I hate hackers as well as Admins who abuse their privelages.

PROBLEM HAS BEEN RECONCILED. Hey, Casey here again to confirm. I ended up finding the clan's teamspeak server and raising quite a stink, eventually the server admin realized I was telling the truth and unbanned me from the server. I have now been playing with the [LoH] guys on thier server, and they're really a bunch of great guys. I still have not talked to [LoH] no can do, who is the one who apparently said I was "teleporting around shooting at him", which I really don't understand becuase like I said I do not hack and I never fired a single shot. There may have been lag or something, who knows. What's important is the [LoH] clan have been very reasonable and taken care of the problem in a very quick manner and I am pleased with the response I got from them and have made some great new friends to play dayz with because of this weird hishap, so in the end it actually became a good thing.
